Terms of Use

By using attribook, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

What attribook is

attribook is a personal wealth clarity tool. It separates the forces behind your net-worth changes (income saved, market returns, and outflows) from the balances you enter. It is not a bank, a broker, or a custodian, and it never holds or moves your money.

Not financial advice

attribook does not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice, and nothing it shows is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Its outputs are informational only. For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed professional.

Your data and accuracy

You enter your own balances, and you are responsible for their accuracy. attribook's analysis is only as reliable as the figures you provide. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on its outputs.

Provided “as is”

attribook is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations will be free of defects.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, attribook and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any financial loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service.

Acceptable use

You agree to use attribook only for lawful, personal purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date below. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
